RELEASING FOR LIBERATION:
7 MIN
This simple, guided meditation moves you through the process of connecting to the breath. By noticing what is present as you breathe in and out, you will feel the gentleness of exhaling what no longer serves you. As you create more space, you will inhale more love and truth, bringing you closer to your body, mind and heart.
Affirmation: I let go and release what no longer serves me, bringing in more beauty, more aliveness, and reminding myself that I am free and safe.


I BELONG HERE:
9 MIN
Just like the Earth, the human self goes through cycles. It shifts and changes in complex, yet simple ways. The human body grows and dies, it gets warm and cool, and it produces life. In this short practice, you’ll be guided through a body scan, feeling sensations and grounding in what ‘is’. From this connection to the body, you will visualize rooting down into the earth and affirming your place in this world, while bringing in more gratitude and patience, and a reminder that you are alive and you are enough.
Affirmation: I have gratitude for this Earth. It supports my growth and affirms my existence. Thank you Earth for showing up and rooting me!


FROM HEART TO HEART:

In this meditation, we move through steps of forgiveness, love and gentleness; a cycle of give and receive that must first be practiced with the self. Through actions and thoughts of self-love, self-care and self-awareness, we find deep compassion for ourselves and then for others. The more compassion we feel, the more gratitude arises, and as more gratitude arises, the more compassion gets created. From this place of tenderness, we begin to show up in the world as a more mindful human, giving more kindness and LOVE. Imagine what this world could be if we all took a moment to live in this place of compassion.
Affirmation: The love I give to others, I also give to myself. I am worthy of divine love.
